e-Newsletter - November 2021

From HoD’s Desk

Greetings!
Offline classes started in October, initially for the Second Year, which resulted in a good response in November. Post-Diwali, offline classes are also started for Third Year and Final Year students. In the beginning, the poor response is observed as many students are from various locations in Maharashtra and due to State Transport Strike, students were not able to attend classes immediately. But gradually, the attendance improved. The purpose is to complete laboratory sessions to the maximum extent and give practical exposure. The examination Patten is still not clear in the semester, hence the 360-degree practice of students will be done for both theory and lab.
TE Internships, TE Seminar, and Final Year project forms the important component of the teaching-learning process as these contribute to the achievement of learning outcomes to a greater extent. Students are frequently made aware of this in the various sessions. To make effective implementation of the Internship activity in the next semester, the internship module is prepared with a complete implementation strategy. This is shared with the students in an online session.
This month-end, the 2nd review of the leadership development plan will be done to check our achievements. To achieve the unachieved targets in quarters 1 and 2 extra efforts will be required to put in. This will require further planning.
