e-Newsletter - April 2021

 From HoD’s Desk:

As the country goes through some of the most trying times, we hope you, as well as your family and friends, are staying safe. The second wave of the pandemic has been shocking and we recognize that this has put immense stress on our students, parents, alumni, and all stakeholders. Every day, we are trying out a new approach in teaching-learning, engaging students in meaningful and creative activities. In all of this, what keeps us going is the enthusiasm of our students and the support of parents and alumni.

The last month was very tough for all the faculties and students as we conducted in-semester and practical examinations for the students. There we come to know about the worse situation of the Pandemic. Family members of some students are detected positive, some are hospitalized and some are home isolated and even some students were also isolated at home. Few of our faculty members were also infected. But in this situation also, both faculties and students respectively conducted and appeared exams successfully on scheduled time. During all these processes, we aimed to build confidence in students and encouraged them to give correct answers. And actually, students did well. We are proud of our students.

We wish to come out of this situation as soon as possible and the only way is to follow the instructions of the local authority, taking care and getting vaccinated (for those who are above 18). With this, we are sure that we will come out of this. Wish you all the best!
